Chamber wear has always been one of the most fundamental limits on a rifle’s service life. DureTek reengineers the chamber as an independent, replaceable module — so the wear-prone section can be renewed without replacing the entire barrel. In-house testing shows more than 2× the durability of conventional designs, with precision that holds steady over years of use.

Ballistic-Optimized Rifling

Optimized Projectile Flight · Chamber-Pressure Harnessing · Every Shot, Perfectly Aligned.

Tiny alignment errors — invisible to the eye — quietly rob a rifle of accuracy and range. DureTek reinterprets rifling as a critical interface that optimizes flight and firing energy together: the projectile engages the rifling precisely while chamber pressure is channeled into velocity. The result is a stable, repeatable trajectory shot after shot, with muzzle velocity increased by roughly 10 m/s in in-house testing.

Aerodynamic Hybrid Muzzle Brake

Integrated Recoil Control · Flash Suppression · Control. Concealment. Speed. In One.

Traditionally, recoil control and flash suppression demand two separate devices that add weight, length, and even work against each other. DureTek unites both in a single lightweight module with an aerodynamic internal structure — cutting recoil by roughly 65% and improving accuracy by about 25% in in-house testing, while turning muzzle-gas flow to the weapon’s advantage for added velocity.
