High Performance Projectile Technology was demonstrated in UAE loacl by the request of the UAE crown prince. We were invited by the UAE crown prince(Black Diamond company) to the UAE sniper training center. DureTek supported to the UAE only HPP warheads, and combined warhead and UAE’s cartridge, gunpowder, etc.
Field demonstrations of high-performance ammunition and anti-aircraft ammunition was demonstrated with 16-inch (5.56mm) and 18-inch (7.62mm) rifles from C company in the UAE. This is possible because the HPP can be used with any conventional barrel due to no changing caliber. Results were very excellent that a target at 1,000m hit by using the 5.56mm rifle and the penetration test and bullet concentration of the 7.62mm armor-steel-plate. In addition, it was requested to develop a bullet optimized for the barrel length of the gun used by the UAE.
